Liz Cogswell

Liz Cogswell is the Director of HR. Her broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, payroll and talent acquisition. She works with the Executive Team to lead HR initiatives including policy design, performance management and HR workflow development.

Prior to joining Horizon Investments in 2012, Mrs. Cogswell worked as an Accountant at Potter & Company, P.A. in Monroe, NC for 7 years.

Mrs. Cogswell has a degree in Finance from Georgia State University. She is a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
