Taylor Valentine

Taylor Valentine is the current Chief Learning and Invention Officer at Horizon Media. Before that, they were the Managing Partner at Drop-Off Ventures from January 2005 to December 2006. They have also worked as an Operations Manager at J.W. Webb from January 2003 to December 2005 and as a Consultant at Celerant Consulting from January 2000 to December 2002.

Valentine has experience leading client teams to implement sustainable change programs. Their ultimate deliverables have included improving management systems, workforce effectiveness and end product quality. Consulting clients have included Bayer, Solutia, Akzo Nobel, Hercules, Novell, United Water and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Taylor Valentine has a BS in Management & Leadership Studies from Bentley University.

They are on a team with Katy Ferguson - EVP, MD, Entertainment, Lauren Russo - SVP, MD, Audio & Promotions, and Charlie Rutman - MP. Taylor Valentine reports to Bill Koenigsberg, President, CEO & Founder.
