Devon Outcault

Devon Outcault is an experienced educator currently serving as a Second Grade Teacher at Francis Parker School and an Elementary School Teacher with Horizons National since July and June 2023 respectively. Prior experience includes roles as a Kindergarten Teacher at Day Prep and a Kindergarten Reading Intervention Teacher with Encinitas Union School District from November 2020 to July 2023. Devon also worked as an Autism Teacher at The Country School from November 2016 to July 2017 and served as a Preschool Tennis Instructor at ClubXcite between 2011 and 2013. Educational qualifications include a Preliminary Multiple Subjects Credential in Elementary Education and Teaching from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from California State University San Marcos.
