Randi Harrison-Stephens Ed.d.

Randi Harrison-Stephens, Ed.D., is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Reading Specialist at Horizons National since June 2021. Previously, Randi held the position of Dean of Academics: Humanities at East End Prep from July 2019 to May 2024, leading significant academic growth among third and fourth-grade students. With a history of teaching in various capacities including 5th grade, 1st grade, and special education, Randi has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing student achievement. Randi earned a Doctor of Education in K-12 Education Leadership & Policy from Vanderbilt Peabody College, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Education from Tuskegee University.
