Rodolfo Hernandez

Rodolfo Hernandez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rodolfo is currently serving as the Director of Operations at HORIZON NUT L.L.C. since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds for over a decade, where they held positions such as 2nd shift Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Production Manager. Rodolfo was responsible for improving and maintaining morale, implementing lean manufacturing principles, establishing preventive maintenance programs, and creating production procedures. Rodolfo also worked as a Production Supervisor at California Dairies Inc and Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc., and as a Lead/QA at Ruiz Foods.

Rodolfo Hernandez obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix. Rodolfo attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
