Jude Anyasi

Jude Anyasi, IBS, has extensive experience in the POS technical support field, currently serving as a POS Technical Engineer II at HorizonPay Nigeria Limited since May 2021, where responsibilities include diagnosing defective POS equipment and troubleshooting devices and accessories. Prior to this role, Jude worked at HAPTICKS DATA LTD as an Assistant Engineer, performing diagnostic testing and repairs on POS electronic terminals. Jude's career at Netop Business Systems spanned from March 2014 to January 2021, progressing from Senior Client Service Officer to Lead Technical/Technology POS Services, focusing on application testing, operational data analysis, and providing technical support to merchants. Earlier experience includes supervising a call center at ConSol Limited from January 2008 to March 2011, where Jude monitored service level agreements and compiled data for reporting. Jude holds a BSc in Business Administration from Lagos State University, completed in 2014.
