Chris Bartlett

Christopher Bartlett, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at Horizon Realty Advisors since September 2016, Christopher has previously worked as an Independent Consultant and held the Corporate Controller position at The Armco Group, Inc. There, Christopher managed financial reporting and implemented accounting systems for a substantial real estate portfolio. Earlier career highlights include roles as Assistant Controller at Metzler North America, overseeing complex financial reporting for $600+ million in assets, and as Staff Accountant at Puget Sound Neighborhood Health Centers. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from Montana State University-Bozeman.
