Madhu Shah

Madhu Shah is an experienced professional in laboratory systems management, currently serving as a Manager of Laboratory Systems at Amgen since October 2023 and at Horizon since October 2022. Previously, Madhu held managerial roles in Lab Information Systems at Children's National Hospital and served as a Sr. Ancillary Analyst at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. With a strong background in system implementation, project planning, and compliance, Madhu has successfully led projects involving Cerner and McKesson systems, and coordinated Point-of-Care Testing training programs. Madhu's earlier roles include Laboratory Operations Coordinator at Catholic Health Initiatives and Medical Laboratory Scientist, complemented by public health experience as a Project Director at the Kentucky Department for Public Health. Madhu holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
