Andrew Armstrong

Andrew Armstrong serves as the Headteacher at Horizons Education Trust since July 2022, overseeing Riverside Meadows in St Neots. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Acting Headteacher at a split site SEMH school in Cambridgeshire and served as the Assistant Principal (Secondary Lead) at Springwell Alternative Academy Lincoln, where Andrew held whole trust responsibility for Science. Andrew's previous positions include Director of Teaching and Learning at Greenfields Academy Grantham, Lead Practitioner of Science at Thomas Middlecott (David Ross Trust), Teacher of Physics at Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School, Subject Leader of Science at Saint Peter and Saint Paul Voluntary Catholic Academy, and various teaching roles in Mathematics and Science. Andrew holds a PGCE in Education from Bishop Grosseteste University and a degree in Applied Science with Forensic Investigation from Teesside University, along with a current ongoing certificate in Educational Testing from Real Training & British Psychological Society.
