Richard Anderson

Richard Anderson has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in mental health and developmental disabilities. Richard has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Horizons Residential Care Center, where they served as President & Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President of Operations at RHA Health Services, LLC and as Chief Operations Officer at RHA Howell Care Centers, Inc. Richard also founded and led Footprints Carolina, Inc., a case management provider. Their expertise includes strategic planning, fiscal operations, workforce development, and program management.

Richard Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks & Recreation Administration with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation from Wingate University in 1985. In terms of additional certifications, Richard obtained certifications in "Acing Your Interview" and "J.T. O'Donnell on Making Recruiters Come to You" from LinkedIn in 2016.
