Manuel Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical consulting, project management, and metallurgical engineering. As the Founder and Senior Consultant at Meltium Solutions since May 2022, Manuel leads projects in Pyrometallurgy, demonstrating a strong ability to drive teams toward achieving desired outcomes. At Horizonte Minerals Brasil, serving as both Gerente técnico and Lead Process Engineer since January 2020, contributions include overseeing the Value Engineer Phase and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
