Andrea Stetzer is a seasoned food science professional with over 15 years of product development experience, currently serving as a Brand Manager for Hormel Foods' Specialty Ingredients division since January 2007. In this role, Andrea oversees marketing initiatives for a diverse range of products, including soup stocks, protein pastes, and savory meats. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Senior Scientist in product development, focusing on various meat products and innovative packaging solutions. Earlier roles at PIC included Food Scientist, Inventory Management Manager, and Research Scientist, contributing to the advancement of swine health and production. Education includes a PhD in Food Science and an MS in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, alongside a BS in Animal Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
