Colleen Shields

Colleen Shields is an accomplished professional in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as Customer Supply Chain Manager at Hormel Foods, with prior roles as Customer Supply Chain Senior Analyst and Director of Logistics. Colleen's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Kenco Group as General Manager, Advance Auto Parts as Assistant General Manager, and LensCrafters--Luxottica Retail as General Manager, among others. Colleen began a Master of Business Administration at Jack Welch Management Institute in January 2024 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management with a minor in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University, earned in 1994.
