Carl G. Annessa

Carl Annessa possesses extensive experience in the offshore and marine industries, having served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Hornbeck Offshore, where Carl held a leadership role. Prior positions include Executive Vice President at HORNBECK OFFSHORE®, Area Manager and Engineering Manager at Tidewater Marine, and Staff Engineer in Mechanical Design at Avondale Shipyards. Carl Annessa completed education at the University of Michigan from 1975 to 1979.
