Kurt Cellar

Kurt Cellar is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic oversight. Currently serving as the Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at HORNBECK OFFSHORE® since September 2020, Kurt also holds a similar role at American Banknote Corporation since June 2018. Previous positions include Corporate Director roles at U.S. Concrete, Inc., Six Flags, Hawaiian Telcom, and 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, where responsibilities often included chairing various committees. As a founding capital sponsor and Corporate Director at World Back to Work, Kurt contributed from May 2020 to January 2023.
