Bob Dickinson has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. Bob began their career in 2004 at Nationwide Building Society as a Service Desk Analyst, providing support for Remedy IT applications. Bob then progressed to the role of Remedy Analyst/Developer, where they were responsible for the support and maintenance of Remedy applications, as well as contributing to various IT projects.
In 2011, Bob joined Devoteam as an ITSM Support Consultant, providing Level 3 support for external customers. Bob also worked as an ITSM Consultant, assisting with project support and analyzing, investigating, and resolving complex incidents.
Bob's next role was at Hornbill, where they held various positions. As a Supportworks Technical Engineer, they combined IT consultancy, technical implementation, and third-line support. Bob then transitioned to the role of Hornbill Product Specialist, where they delivered IT consultancy and solutions to customers, including solution design, documentation, technical implementation, and data migration. Bob also wrote and delivered end-user training and provided support for the entire project lifecycle.
At Freshworks, Bob served as a Freshservice Technical Account Manager, responsible for deploying and configuring new customer implementations. Bob supported sales engineers and project managers in on-site sales engagements and acted as a key point-of-contact for customer engagement and additional service needs.

Bob Dickinson completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1994 to 1999, they attended Commonweal School and obtained their GCSE's, including Science (A), Maths (B), and English (B). Following this, from 1999 to 2001, they studied at New College, where they earned their A Levels in Psychology (B), English Language (C), and Information Technology (C). Lastly, from 2001 to 2004, Bob attended Bournemouth University, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology and Computing. It is important to note that Bob Dickinson also holds a certification named "Hornbill Ready" from Hornbill, which was obtained in April 2023.
