Gerry Sweeney has over three decades of work experience in the IT industry. Gerry began their career at Digital Computer Services as a Technical Support Engineer from 1986 to 1988. Gerry then moved on to SmithKlineBeecham Pharmaceuticals R&D, where they worked as an IT Support Specialist from 1988 to 1991. In 1992, Gerry joined IMS Health as an IT Manager, where they provided and supported IT systems for various business initiatives during the company's transition to more distributed data applications. In 1995, they founded Hornbill Systems and served as the CEO until July 2011, during which they led the company's continuous growth and expansion into North America and Asia. Currently, Gerry is the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Hornbill, an innovator of cloud-based business collaboration technology and applications that support customers worldwide.
