Michelle Pellinen

Michelle Pellinen has over two decades of experience in children's ministry and administrative roles within various churches and organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Portfolio Manager and Site Manager at Hornig Companies, Inc. since January 2017, Michelle previously held several leadership positions, including Director of Children's Ministry at Lighthouse Christian Church and Children's Ministry Coordinator at Hosanna Lutheran Church. Additional experience includes roles at Lighthouse Explorers Christian Child Care Center and Lutheran Church of Our Savior, where responsibilities included volunteer management, policy implementation, report preparation, and event coordination. Michelle is skilled in creative writing, training, and departmental administration.
