Rafael Pires Mimoso

Rafael Pires Mimoso is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Product at horntools since November 2022. Previously, Rafael held multiple roles at Liebherr Group from September 2019 to November 2022, including Development Engineer for reachstackers and crawler cranes, where responsibilities included overseeing development and production support for heavy machinery and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior internships at Stadler and Robert Bosch focused on design engineering within automotive sectors. Rafael holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, as well as a degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering from Instituto Federal da Bahia.
