Damir S. Utrzan, Ph.D., LMFT is a Chief Compliance and Strategic Development Officer at various organizations, ensuring adherence to industry laws and regulations. Apart from his role, he also serves as a Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist at the Office of Governor Tim Walz & Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan and as a Grant Reviewer for SAMHSA. With a diverse educational background, including a Ph.D. in Family Social Science, he brings expertise in behavioral health integration and litigation support to his roles as a consultant and expert witness.
