Mike Basnett Sandiford

Mike Sandiford has had a diverse range of roles throughout their work experience. Mike started their career as a Sales Executive at Jobsite, where they worked from 2000 to 2001. Mike then moved on to Scottish & Southern Energy, where they initially served as a Sales Coach before being promoted to Manager. Mike worked there from 2001 to 2003.

After that, Mike joined Jobsite again, this time as a Business Development Manager and European Sales Manager, from 2004 to 2007. Mike then worked as a Sales Manager for a graduate recruitment site called Justclick from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Mike transitioned to Totaljobs Group, where they worked as a National Account Manager until 2011. Mike then had a short-term contract as an Account Director at Innovate CV from July 2011 to December 2011.

From 2012 to 2014, Mike served as the Sales Director (UK) for Joberate, a company that provides predictive analytics for HR and recruitment. Next, they became the UK Sales Director for Candarine, a social media technology and services platform aimed at helping companies attract the best talent, from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Mike became the Head of Partnerships at Horsefly, a company that offers a talent market intelligence platform. Lastly, from 2018 to 2022, Mike worked as a Contributing Writer for #ChatTalent.

Mike Basnett Sandiford attended Devizes 6th form College from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued their A Levels in Business & Economics.
