Stephanie Isley

Stephanie Isley has extensive work experience in the field of sports compliance and management. Stephanie currently holds the position of Director of Compliance at the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU). Prior to this role, they worked at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee as an Associate Director of Selection Procedures and Sport Performance Contractor. Stephanie also served as the Marketing Director at USA Synchro. Stephanie's career in sports began at the United States Olympic Committee, where they worked as a Sport Performance Manager. Stephanie started their professional journey at the United States Anti Doping Agency, where they held the position of DCO Training & Evaluation Manager.
