Carl Simons

Carl Simons is an experienced professional in emergency management, currently serving as the Emergency Response Manager at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. since June 2008. Prior to this role, Carl worked as an All Hazards Planner for the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency from September 2006 to June 2008. Carl's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where extensive experience was gained as a Commissioned Officer from May 1985 to February 2007. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Springfield College, earned between 1980 and 1984.
