Daniel Seymour

Daniel Seymour currently serves as the VP of Engineering, Product Development and Operations at Horton Automatics, overseeing a team of 18 engineers and driving a three-year product roadmap aimed at exceeding $120M in sales growth. Previous experience includes various leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, where Daniel directed engineering for hand tools and measuring products, achieving significant cost savings and managing expansive product portfolios. Prior to that, Daniel held positions at BISS Product Development, Newell Rubbermaid, ASSA ABLOY, and The Stanley Works, contributing to product development, engineering strategies, and team leadership across multiple industries.
