Ingo Ronald Schweder has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Ingo Ronald started their career in 1989 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where they served as a Hotel Manager and was a part of the Corporate Pre-Opening Executive Committee. Ingo Ronald then joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Resident Manager in 1993, followed by a role as General Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 1995. In 1996, they became the Group Director of Hotel Operations at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi. In 1998, they moved to Rafael Group Hoteliers in Monte Carlo as the Managing Director for South East Asia. In 2000, they returned to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the Group Director of Spa until 2006. Ingo Ronald then served as the Managing Director and CEO of Spatality from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they founded GOCO Hospitality and assumed the position of Founder and CEO. In 2013, they became the Managing Director of Horwath HTL - Health & Wellness. Currently, they are the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Glen Ivy in Temescal Valley, California, a position they have held since 2016.
Ingo Ronald Schweder began their education in 1979 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism & Communication. Ingo Ronald attended this institution until 1981. Following this, from 1982 to 1986, Schweder enrolled at Albrecht-Dürer-Schule, Berufskolleg Düsseldorf, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hotel Management. To further their education, they attended Cornell University from 1986 to 1988, earning a Certificate of Professional Development (CPD) in Hotel Management.
