Ben Stealy

Ben Stealy currently serves as the Director of Purchasing and Business Support and has held various roles including Divisional Operations Manager and Director of Continuous Improvement at Horwitz since 2019. Simultaneously, Ben is the Principal at Birchbark Ventures, which focuses on rural investment in Northern regions, aiming to create amenities and develop employment opportunities. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Delek US Holdings, Inc. from 2013 to 2018, where Ben was the VP of Refined Product Strategy and held director-level roles in special projects and fuel pricing. Beginning a career at Kum & Go from 2004 to 2013, Ben progressed from Financial Analyst to Retail Fuels Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from Iowa State University.
