Mattias Kostov

Mattias Kostov is a Project Engineer at Horwitz, overseeing technical aspects of projects in the mechanical service and construction divisions since June 2023. Previously, Mattias served as a Construction Project Manager at Verus Praedium Holding L.L.C, managing seven residential multifamily remodels and achieving budget efficiency over 18 months. Earlier experience includes roles as a Carpenter at Northrup Roofing & Remodelling and an LTL Specialist at GlobalTranz, as well as internships in sales analysis and contract analysis. Mattias holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from St. Olaf College, earned in 2020.
