Ati Khatri

Ati Khatri is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at HMB Legal Counsel since March 2010, Ati provides outside general counsel to middle-market businesses, particularly in the technology sector, focusing on SaaS agreements, licensing, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Ati held the position of Associate General Counsel at PatSnap from July 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing legal strategies for corporate compliance and risk mitigation.
