Josh Delaney has a diverse work experience ranging from assembly operator to various managerial roles. Josh started their career as a Marketing Executive at EXPANSYS plc in 2011, where they utilized search engine optimization and Google Adwords/Analytics for promoting websites. Later, they worked as a Corporate Sales Administration and then as a Team Leader at Stonegate Pub Company Limited and Allianz Insurance respectively.
In 2014, they joined Exelis as an Assembly Operator before transitioning to a Business Development Manager role at MarkLogic in 2015. At MarkLogic, they focused on promoting their new-generation NoSQL database solutions.
In 2016, they joined Clarify as a Business Development Manager, assisting technology and services organizations in complex sales environments. Josh later took on the role of Sales Operations Analyst, managing the day-to-day operations and development of the CRM and related systems.
After their tenure at Clarify, they joined Sage People in 2016 as a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager and then as a CRM Manager. In 2018, they became a Salesforce Business Analyst at Glovo.
From 2019 to 2022, they served as a Sales Operations Manager at Hosco before being promoted to the position of Senior Commercial Operations Manager in 2022.
Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated a strong background in sales, marketing, operations, and CRM management.
Josh Delaney obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of the West of England. In 2016, they also obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce, and in 2017, they obtained an Apttus CPQ Admin certification from Apttus.
