Roman Sluhotskyi

Roman Sluhotskyi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently serving as Country Manager at Hospice Of Hope since February 2023, Roman previously held the position of Senior Technical Support Specialist at Clario, Inc. from October 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues for customers in the US and EU, demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills that resulted in retaining over 50 clients. Prior experience includes working as a Process Engineer in packaging at P&G and as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Kromtech, a developer of the MacKeeper software. Roman holds an Engineer’s Degree in Automation of Technological Processes from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas and a Master's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Affairs from Kyiv Institute for the Humanities.
