Danielle Zaleski

Danielle Zaleski is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and patient care. As a Case Manager RN at Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, Inc. since February 2020, Danielle has demonstrated expertise in managing patient care. Concurrently serving as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at St Peter Hospital since August 2018, Danielle utilizes critical care skills to provide high-quality care to patients. Danielle has also worked as a Private Home Health Aid with Ever Care since April 2015 and previously held the position of Patient Care Assistant at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital from January 2018 to February 2020. In addition, Danielle gained experience as a Resident Assistant at Mount Saint Mary College from August 2016 to February 2020.
