Elizabeth Skinner

Elizabeth Skinner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and operations. Currently serving as Development Manager at Hospice of San Joaquin since February 2023, Elizabeth's previous roles include Operations Manager at Stockton Shelter for the Homeless from March 2019 to February 2023 and Store Manager at Shelter Thrift Store from July 2016 to March 2019, where management of store operations directly benefited the Stockton Shelter for the Homeless. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant at Stockton Shelter for the Homeless and Retail Manager at Shelter Thrift, with additional experience as a Small Claims Clerk at Stockton Courthouse. Elizabeth holds a diploma in General Studies from Brookside Christian High, awarded in 1996.
