Erin Corn is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in supportive care coordination and client services. As a Supportive Care Coordinator at Hospice of the Chesapeake since January 2021, Erin ensures continuity of hospice and palliative care for over 1,000 patients, managing referrals and oversight. Previously, Erin served as Client Services Manager at Regent HealthCare, Inc., where coordination and case management for 100+ clients were key responsibilities, fostering collaboration with healthcare providers.
