Lincoln Oliveira Santana

Lincoln Oliveira Santana started their work experience in 2008 as a coordinator of nursing at Hospital Geral de Itapecerica da Serra - Seconci OSS. Lincoln then worked as an enfermeiro especialista at Hospital São Luiz - Rede D'Or São Luiz from October 2011 to January 2016. From February 2019 to March 2021, they served as a gestor de processos e qualidade at Clínica cukiert. In 2011, they also began working as an enfermeiro at Hospital Paulistano until April 2019. In 2020, they became an intensive care nurse at Hospital Santa Paula. Lastly, they have been the CEO of GRUPO DOMUM since April 2015, where they focus on providing technological solutions for improving patient journeys within and outside clinical environments.

Lincoln Oliveira Santana pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences with a focus on Nursing, Nursing Management, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing. In 2010 to 2011, Lincoln enrolled in Faculdade Anhanguera for a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Management. Later, in 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Service Management at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM. Furthermore, Lincoln continued their education in 2017 to 2018 at the same institution, obtaining another Postgraduate degree, this time in Nursing Service Management.
