Amanda Derry

Amanda Derry is an experienced compensation analyst currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Hospital Sisters Health System since February 2016. In this role, Amanda leads major compensation projects, including annual merit and market review processes, and develops cost analysis proposals for leadership. Previously, Amanda worked as a Compensation Analyst and a Project Manager in HR for the Central Illinois Division at HSHS, where responsibilities included establishing pay ranges and managing HR project implementations. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist, Recruiter, and HR Assistant at Bethesda Lutheran Communities. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Western Illinois University, earned in 2011.
