Rachael Cochart

Rachael Cochart, MHA, FACHE, CHC, CPC, currently serves as the System Director of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at St. Elizabeth Hospital within the Hospital Sisters Health System, a position held since August 2016. Previous roles at the health system include System Director of Audit & Billing Compliance and Division Director of Compliance for both HSHS Wisconsin and HSHS Eastern Wisconsin. Rachael is also an entrepreneur, owning Captains Quarters, LLC, an AirBnB rental property since July 2019, and Bay Lake Charters, LLC, which offers sport fishing on Lake Michigan since October 2014. Prior experience includes positions in internal audit and coding compliance at Ministry Health Care, as well as various compliance and counseling roles at Affinity Health System. Rachael earned a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Des Moines University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.
