Ken Weary

Ken Weary is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership, currently serving as COO at Hostaway since February 2024. Previously, Ken held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Hotjar from June 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included scaling People/HR, Legal, Finance, and Business Operations, contributing to a significant 20x revenue growth, and expanding a fully remote workforce from 14 to over 400 employees across 45+ countries. Prior roles include VP of Operations at Wanderlust Consulting, Senior Director of Technical Product Integration at Outerwall, and Director of Project Management at Liberty Mutual, among others. Ken is also well-versed in project management and technology integration, with a strong background in enterprise-level solutions and training initiatives. Academic qualifications include an MS in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a BA in Speech Communications from Texas State University.
