Shane O'Neill

Shane O'Neill is an experienced professional in the foodservice industry, currently serving as GM for OME in the UK & Ireland since March 2023 and as Head of Operations for Hosted Kitchens since April 2021. In the role at Hosted Kitchens, Shane O'Neill has managed the rollout of commercial kitchen centers and overseen customer and franchisee relations. Previous experience includes positions at Welbilt Inc. from July 2014 to April 2020, focusing on field marketing for major brands, and at H+K International, where Shane O'Neill was Head of Market for the Middle East & Africa, leading a team in equipping over 100 new restaurants annually. Shane O'Neill holds an Executive MBA from University College Cork, a Master of Science in Management Consultancy from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from University College Cork.
