Daniel Case has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Daniel began their career as a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor at Hostelling International USA (HI USA) in 2004. Daniel then moved up the ranks and held various positions including Manager Cafe Franco and SF Food and Beverage Manager, where they successfully managed food and beverage operations and introduced new initiatives to increase revenue.

After their time at HI USA, Daniel Case worked at Sparky's Diner as an Assistant General Manager. In this role, they managed daily shifts, supervised a staff of 44, and implemented an award-winning composting and recycling program.

Daniel Case then returned to HI USA and took on increasingly responsible roles such as Assistant General Manager and General Manager, overseeing daily operations and managing capital projects. Daniel also served as the Operations Director for the Northwest Region and Vice President of Hostel Operations West, where they led and supported teams across multiple hostels and ensured the successful implementation of organizational goals.

Throughout their career, Daniel Case has demonstrated strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Their experience in the hospitality industry spans over two decades and showcases their dedication to delivering the highest quality service and optimizing revenue.

Daniel Case attended the San Francisco Art Institute from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Photography.
