Carol is the vice president of the Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for establishing the interdisciplinary flow and processes throughout Hot Paper Lantern. Carol ensures the best project management methodology, communication approaches, and standards are applied to each website project based on the determined goals.

Carol is a certified project manager (PMP) with over 12 years of experience managing integrated projects at creative agencies. She is proactive and committed to delivering results that meet both business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

She has led projects for a wide variety of clients, including BASF, AB InBev, Philips Healthcare, Philips Lighting, Capital One, Facebook, and Citi Foundation.
