Sharona Kirstein

Sharona Kirstein has extensive experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Sharona started their career at Daily Journal Corp as a Human Resources Assistant from March 2006 to January 2008, before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager, which they held until February 2010. Sharona then worked at True Religion Brand Jeans as a Recruiting Coordinator from March 2010 to September 2012.

In 2012, Sharona joined Pacific Sunwear as a Recruiter and stayed with the company until September 2015, when they moved on to REVOLVE. At REVOLVE, they served as a Senior Recruiter from September 2015 to January 2019.

After that, Sharona took on various roles at Hot Topic and BoxLunch, both starting in 2019. Sharona began as a Senior Recruiter and worked their way up to the position of Associate Recruiting Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Recruiting Manager at both companies.
