Cecilia Crossley

Cecilia Crossley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, finance, and advocacy. As the Founding Director of From Babies with Love since May 2013, Cecilia has focused on enhancing parental leave programs to promote gender balance and employee retention. Cecilia serves as a Trustee for Duchenne UK, contributing to the charity's mission to accelerate treatments for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and acts as an Ambassador for the Meaningful Business 100, promoting sustainable business practices aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, Cecilia has held roles as Head of Finance & Operations and now Trustee at The Gaia Foundation, and has gained international auditing experience at VSO and KPMG UK. Cecilia's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in International NGO Management from Cass Business School and professional qualifications in accounting and charity management.
