Kevin Aslan has a strong background in the spirits industry. Kevin worked at Anchor Brewers and Distillers, LLC from 2011 to 2021, specializing in whiskey and gin production as a full-time distiller. Kevin also contributed to the spirits innovation team, assisting in research and development of new products. In 2019, Kevin joined HOTALING & CO. where they initially served as a Lead Distiller until 2021. Kevin then assumed the role of Innovation Distiller, responsible for new product development on the production side. Currently, Kevin is the Hirsch Head Blender at HOTALING & CO., where they collaborate with marketing on product innovations, represents the company at industry events, and sources and blends new whiskies.
