Elena Menk

Elena Menk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elena joined Hotel Arts in 2016 as a Corporate Travel Sales Manager and later progressed to become an Associate Director of Sales. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this, they worked at Flight Centre as an Assistant Team Leader and Senior International Travel Consultant. Elena also gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Front Desk Agent at the Marriott Gateway on the Falls Hotel and Conference Centre. Before that, they worked as an Official Representative at the tour operator "PAC Group" and as a Tutor and Translator at the Language Center "Polyglot - Express". Additionally, Elena gained sales experience as a Sales Assistant at Surf Mall in 2007 and 2008.

Elena Menk has a diverse educational background. Elena obtained their Master of Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communication degree from South Ural State University (SUSU) between 2004 and 2009. Elena'sfield of study during this time was Language Interpretation and Translation.

In 2012, Elena enrolled at Niagara College and pursued a Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities for two years, completing their studies in 2014. Additionally, they pursued a Post-Graduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the same institution from 2012 to 2013, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management.

Elena also holds several additional certifications. In June 2021, they obtained a certification in Global Procurement and Sourcing from Rutgers The State University of New Jersey, through the Coursera platform. In August 2020, they acquired certifications in Cvent Event Diagramming and Cvent Supplier Network from Cvent.
