Sophie Lemm has accrued significant experience in customer relationship management and marketing since beginning a career in 2015. Currently serving as the US CRM Lead and previously as a Senior and CRM Executive at Hotel Chocolat since July 2020, Sophie has a solid background in CRM roles that began at My 1st Years as a CRM Executive. Prior to this, experience includes the position of Ecommerce & Email Marketing Executive at Bounty UK Ltd, where responsibilities included managing various marketing campaigns. Earlier roles comprised campaign management at MarketingFile Ltd and a contract position as a PR Assistant at Vida Kids. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Promotion and Communication from Solent University, obtained in 2014.
