Andreas Bagh is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Executive Head Chef at Esmée since June 2021, Andreas previously held the same title at Hotel d'Angleterre from May 2016 to March 2021. Prior to that, Andreas worked as Assistant Head Chef at Kong Hans Kælder and as Sous Chef at Restaurant Geranium. Early career roles include Chef de Partie at Grønbech & Churchill and Chef at Hotel Nimb's restaurant Herman. Andreas began culinary training as a student at Kong Hans Kælder, where a foundation in professional cooking was established from June 2006 to June 2010.
