Myra Lorenzo has extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Guest Relations Coordinator at Hotel Edison since August 2014. Prior to this role, Myra worked at Flatotel from July 2006 to February 2013, where responsibilities included managing a reservations department and operating a multiline telephone switchboard, handling all incoming calls professionally while maximizing revenue opportunities. Earlier in the career, Myra served as Supervisor and Administrative Assistant at Spectacular Limousines from May 2001 to July 2006, overseeing a team of ten operators, training new hires, managing accounts payable, and coordinating customer travel arrangements. Myra is an alumnus of Drake Business School.
