Raajit A Sheth

Raajit A Sheth has extensive experience in learning and development within the hospitality industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Learning & Development at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts since November 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Radisson Hotel Group and Corporate L&D Manager for South Asia, along with positions at The Leela Palace in Chennai as Training Manager and at Reliance Brands Ltd. as Training Manager. Raajit began a career in training with various roles across notable organizations, including Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Le Meridien Jaipur, and others, gaining expertise in training management and operations. Raajit holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Chandigarh, completed in 2001.
