Associate Lecturer | Leadership Development at Hotel Og Restaurantskolen

Michelangelo Cestari is an experienced culinary entrepreneur and educator currently serving as Head of Project Development at the Melting Pot Foundation since June 2023, with a focus on driving social change through culinary initiatives. Cestari has successfully led projects such as the Cairo Culinary Training Program and the Um Mami Culinary Center, while also contributing to culinary community research in Bolivia. Additionally, Cestari holds associate lecturer positions at Hotel Og Restaurantskolen and the Basque Culinary Center, and previously served as Interim CEO at H15 Food & Culture, which promotes social engagement in Copenhagen. As the Founder CEO of Restaurant Gustu, a social enterprise, Cestari significantly impacted Bolivian gastronomy by connecting rural and urban food systems. Cestari's culinary career began in prestigious kitchens across Europe, combined with a strong academic background including a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Business Development at Copenhagen Business School.
