Sonu started their career as a Front Office Assistant at The Pride Hotels, where they performed administrative duties and managed appointments and events. They then joined Daman Ganga Valley Resort as a Front Office Assistant, where they continued to handle administrative tasks and phone calls.

Next, Sonu worked as a Front Office Assistant at Leisure Hotels Group, reporting to management and performing administrative duties, including answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments. They then moved on to The Grand Orchid Hotel, where they served as a Duty Manager and later as a Sr. Front Office Executive - Acting Duty Manager. In these roles, they managed daily operations, maintained office files and records, and oversaw the distribution of incoming mail.

Sonu then joined Tall Tree's Hotel as an Assistant Front Office Manager, where they defined and implemented front desk objectives and procedures, hired and trained staff, and provided exceptional customer service. Following this, they founded Hospitality Tip Of The Day "Learn More & Grow More," where they served as the Founder, sharing industry knowledge and insights.

Most recently, Sonu worked at Hotel Home In (A Unit Of Amrik Sukhdev) as a Front Office & Revenue Manager. In this role, they produced property-level business reporting, provided dynamic forecasts, analyzed hotel performance, and set best practice standards for various aspects of revenue management.

Sonu's latest position is at Hotelogix, where they currently work as an Enterprise Account Manager - APAC.

Sonu Gupta, MBA 🇮🇳, has a diverse educational background. Sonu began their academic journey in 2010 when they obtained their High School Diploma from Uttarakhand Board. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, Sonu pursued their Intermediate education, also from Uttarakhand Board.

In 2014, Sonu enrolled in Shri Dev Suman University, where they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree. This course allowed him to gain knowledge and expertise in the field of commerce, equipping him with foundational skills in business and finance.

Not content with their undergraduate education, Sonu Gupta decided to further enhance their qualifications and enrolled in Subharti University in 2018. Here, they embarked on a Master of Business Administration program specializing in Hotel & Tourism Management. Throughout this two-year course, Sonu deepened their understanding of hospitality administration and management, preparing him for leadership roles within the industry.
